1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pytch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pytch is an AI-powered outreach automation platform that:
- Discovers relevant contacts using third-party data APIs
- Generates personalized email pitches using AI
- Sends emails on your behalf through your connected Gmail account
- Tracks email opens and replies
- Provides market and competitor intelligence
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use Pytch. Pytch is intended for legitimate business use only.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
5. Gmail Integration & Your Authorization
5.1 What You Authorize
By connecting your Gmail account, you explicitly authorize Pytch to:
- Send emails from your Gmail address on your behalf
- Read replies to outreach threads initiated through Pytch
- Create and manage a "Pytch Conversations" label in your inbox
5.2 Your Responsibility for Emails Sent
You are solely responsible for every email sent through Pytch from your Gmail account. Pytch acts as your agent. You are the legally responsible sender.
6. Compliance with Email Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing email communications, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL.
Pytch provides tools for outreach — it does not make your emails legally compliant. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use Pytch to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, fraudulent content, or to harass, threaten, or abuse recipients.

8. Subscription Plans, Billing & Trial
8.1 Trial Period
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. We do not require a payment method to start the trial, but certain advanced features may be limited. If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, your billing cycle will begin immediately.
8.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYTCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
